Yes, we offer weekly recycling services as an optional add-on, covering a variety of waste materials, including paper, plastic, metal, and glass. Please refer to your contract or lease to determine if this service is included.
We follow strict guidelines and regulations set by the EPA for the safe and environmentally sound disposal of hazardous waste.
Hazardous waste for residential trash disposal includes materials that are toxic, flammable, corrosive, or reactive. These items should not be placed in regular trash or recycling bins due to potential environmental and health risks. Common examples include:
- Household Chemicals: Bleach, ammonia, drain cleaners, and other strong cleaning agents
- Paints & Solvents: Oil-based paints, varnishes, paint thinners, and wood stains
- Pesticides & Fertilizers: Herbicides, insecticides, and chemical fertilizers
- Automotive Products: Motor oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, and car batteries
- Electronics & Batteries: Lithium-ion batteries, rechargeable batteries, and old electronics (e-waste)
- Flammable Materials: Gasoline, propane tanks, kerosene, and lighter fluid
- Medical Waste: Needles, syringes, prescription medications, and mercury thermometers
Residents should check with their local waste management authorities for proper disposal methods, as many areas have designated drop-off sites or collection events for hazardous waste.
Bulk pick-up is unfortunately not offered at this time but please check back as this service may be offered in the future.
Yes, we offer a variety of convenient add-on services, including pet waste disposal for common areas, seasonal power washing of trash bin areas in spring and fall, and weekly recycling pickup.
Yes, each unit is provided with one designated trash bin for waste pickup at no cost to residents or property management. Residents must place their bin outside their unit door each night for valet trash service. If a bin is not placed outside, valet service will not be provided. In the event a replacement bin is needed, a fee of $12.75 will apply. Replacement trash bin can be purchased on website and will be delivered to resident within 2 business days.
